                   The Sun is hard to understand....It's getting hotter day by day and it feels like our energy has been taken from us.
           But stop blaming summer.....It's time to enjoy the season.......Let's get chilled with some chilled AAM PANNA.
            Mango works like a medicine in summer season.....It can save us from that unwanted heat problem and can keep us cool and healthy........
                    This recipe lasts for 2-3 months.....So enjoy a new recipe.

Preparation time :  1 hour
Cooking time         :  30 min
Can serve for        :   25


INGREDIENTS

  • Raw Mango :  7-8 

  • Salt

  • Jeera Powder : 1tbsp

  • Black Salt        : 1tbsp

  • Black Pepper Powder :1tsp

  • Sugar   : 500gm


METHOD

  • Peel the raw mangoes.

  • Separate the flesh from the seed.

  • Roughly chopped the mangoes.

  • Take a pan , add chopped mangoes, water 500ml and salt .

  • Cook until raw mangoes are soft.

  • After cooking, cool down completely.

  • Take the mixture in a smoothie maker.

  • Put jeera powder, black salt, black pepper powder.

  • Grind well.

  • Now take a pan add 500gm sugar and 100ml water.

  • Cook until one string consistency syrup.

  • Cool down sugar syrup.

  • Strain the raw mango mixture and add into the sugar syrup.

  • Mix well.

  • Cook for 7-8 minutes.

  • Cool down completely.

  • Fill Aam Panna concentrate into a glass bottle.

  • Can be used for long time for 2 month.

How to serve

  • Take 3 tbsp of Aam Panna mixture in a glass.

  • Add 200ml water.

  • Add ice cubes.

  • Mix well and serve it.
