APPLE KA HALWA

          Apples are good source of  fiber and have certain constituents that are good for your gut. They also contain Vitamin C which act as an antioxidants. Walnut is an excellent source of omega 3, omega 6 fatty acids, dietary fiber, protein and healthy fats.

Ghee contains heart healthy fats. Cashew (kaju) are low in sugar and rich in fiber and plant protein. It is a good source of copper , magnesium and manganese these are important for energy production, brain health, immunity and bone health.

Almonds contain lots of  healthy fats, fiber, protein, magnesium and Vitamin E.It help lowers blood sugar level, reduced blood pressure and lower cholesterol level.

Kismis help prevent anemia, prevents acidity, improve skin health and lower blood sugar level.

INGREDIENT


  • Apple                       : 6  peeled and chopped 
  • Ghee                        : 2 tbsp BUY
  • Jaggery (Gud)      : 1/2 cup BUY
  • Almond (badam) : 1 tbsp sliced BUY
  • Cashew (kaju)      : 1 tbsp chopped BUY
  • Kismis                    : 1 tbsp chopped BUY
  • Walnut                  : 1 tbsp chopped BUY

METHOD

  • Heat ghee in a pan.


  •  Add dry fruits and lightly toast it.



  • Keep dry fruits aside.  



  • Now add chopped apples to pan and cook till it get soften.


  • When it get soften add jaggery to it and cook it in medium flame.


  • At the end add dry fruits to it.


  • Now its ready to serve cool or hot .
