DAHI KE KEBAB
                 
               A simple and healthy snack which can be a very good appetizer.
This summer the days are getting more hot and hot but this snack can be a mind blowing one.
           
                  So let's just try to cook in a simple and easy way.

INGREDIENTS


  • Hung Curd          - 1/2 cup
  • Ginger paste       - 1 tsp
  • Green Chili        - 2-3 nos
  • Onion                   - 1 nos
  • Bread                   - 4-5 slice
  • Coriander leaf    
  • Mint/ pudina leaf
  • Salt to taste
  • Mango powder
  • Black pepper powder
  • Dry roasted jeera powder
  • Besan 
  • Oil for frying

For Garnishing


  • Onion
  • Lettuce leaf
  • Chaat masala

METHOD



  • First chop onion in small cubes.

  • Scramble bread into small pieces.

  • Take a bowl and add hung curd in it.

  • After that put all the ingredients in it that is ginger paste, green chilli, onion, bread, coriander leaf, mint leaf, mango powder, black pepper powder and salt according to taste.

  • Bread is to bind it.

  • Mix it up all the ingredients properly and then freeze it for half  hour.

  • After half n hour take out the bowl and make small balls with the mixture.

  • Now take some besan in a bowl add small amount of water in it to make a thin paste.

  • Now add the balls in besan and then fry them.

  • Dish is ready for serving.

  • Garnish them with onion and lettuce leaf.

  • Don't forget to sprinkle some chaat masala over it.

  • Serve it with green chutney.
