MIX FRUIT SMOOTHIE
Smoothies are of different flavor with different ingredients. Drinking fruit smoothie can help you reach the recommended intake of fiber.Smoothies could be used as a meal replacement for maintaining a healthy weight.
Fruits used in this recipe are Dragon fruit, Kiwi, Banana and Apple.
Dragon fruit comes in two varieties- one with white flesh and another one with a bright magenta flesh. Magenta one is sweeter than the white one, but I am using the white one.
Here's what i like about dragon fruit.

- Apple provides fiber, vitamins, protein, calcium and phosphorus.

INGREDIENTS
- Dragon Fruit : 1 cup peeled and diced
- Kiwi : 1 cup peeled and diced
- Apple : 1 cup peeled and diced
- Banana : 1 cup peeled and diced
- Honey ( as required)
- MIlk : 1 glass
METHOD
- Take the fruits peel and dice them.
- Keep them in deep freezer for a night or you can use ice cube instead.
- Take frozen fruits in a blender .
- Add milk and honey to it.Buy honey
- Blend them well.
- Now its ready for serving.
