MIX FRUIT SMOOTHIE


                            Smoothies are of different flavor with different ingredients. Drinking fruit smoothie can help you reach the recommended intake of fiber.Smoothies could be used as a meal replacement for maintaining a healthy weight.

Fruits used in this recipe are Dragon fruit, Kiwi, Banana and Apple.

Dragon fruit comes in two varieties- one with white flesh and another one with a bright magenta flesh. Magenta one is sweeter than the white one, but I am using the white one. 

Here's what i like about dragon fruit.

  • It is rich in fiber, which may helps maintain bowl health and lowers cholesterol level.
  • It is loaded with antioxidants, like Vitamin C and Carotenoids which have been linked to reduce risk of cancer and heart disease.
  • It may also help in boosting Iron level.
  • It contain Magnesium which promotes bone health and food metabolism.
  • Vitamin C helps to boost your immune system.

  • Apple provides fiber, vitamins, protein, calcium and phosphorus.
  • Banana is rich in potassium.

INGREDIENTS
  • Dragon Fruit         : 1 cup peeled and diced
  • Kiwi                          : 1 cup peeled and diced
  • Apple                       : 1 cup peeled and diced 
  • Banana                   : 1 cup peeled and diced
  • Honey ( as required)
  • MIlk                          : 1 glass

METHOD
  • Take the fruits peel and dice them.


  • Keep them in deep freezer for a night or you can use ice cube instead.
  • Take frozen fruits in a blender .


  • Blend them well.
  • Now its ready for serving.
